PEANUT

BUTTER

ICING

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup flower

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 cup peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

1. preheat oven to 350F 

2.Get a medium sized bowl. measure out your flour and put on a cookie sheet.

3. Put the flour into the 350 degree oven and bake for 5 minutes.

4. Pour flour into bowl once it has browned on the edges.

5. Mix in flour and peanut butter until well combined. 

6. Spread on cake and serve!

CHOCOLATE MOCHA

CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  2 cups granulated sugar

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cups natural unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2/3 cup canola oil or veg. oil

1 cup milk

2 eggs (lightly beaten)

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 cup coffee

 DIRECTIONS

 1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 13 x 9 cake pan.

2. Stir in all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add all the wet ingredients in the  same bowl. (the batter will be very thin. Don't worry it is supposed to be that way.)

3. Pour the batter into greased cake pan. Then bake for 18 - 22 minutes.

HAMBURGER BBQ

 INGREDIENTS

1 small onion

2 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tsp. yellow mustard 

1 cup ketchup

1 Ib. ground beef/ground pork browned

DIRECTIONS

1. Turn your stove on medium heat and put in your Ib. of ground pork or ground beef, and let brown.

2. Measure out your ingredients and add one at a time. Stirring after each added ingredient. 

3. Once you have your meat coated in sauce turn stove down too low. Once you are ready to eat put on your choice of bread, enjoy!

MAC-N-CHEESE

INGREDIENTS 

8 oz. box of elbow noodles 

1 1/2 blocks of Vermont White Cheddar cheese

1 block of cheddar cheese sharp

2 cups whipping cream

4 eggs beaten

1 tbsp. yellow mustard

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 

2 tsp. baking powder

a couple tabs of butter

DIRECTIONS

1. cook pasta as package directs

2. in a large pot mix in cheese and other sauce ingredients. Once completely melted add in the pasta. stir until the pasta is completely covered. 

3. Enjoy!

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

7 tbsp. butter

3/4 cup granulated sugar 

2 tbsp. packed light brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla 

1 egg

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1 bag mini semi sweet choc. chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Pre heat the oven to 350F. Next put all dry ingredients into your Kitchen Aid mixer. Mix on the medium setting until combined. (don't add the choc. chips yet)

2. Add in wet ingredients and mix until combined.

3. Once the dough has formed add in the chocolate chips.

4. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form cookie balls and put on a greased cookie sheet. (you will need more than one, I had to use four!) 

5. Put the cookies in the oven and bake for 9 minutes, or until puffy and browned on the edges.

6. Take out of oven and enjoy!
